1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of QuickSus. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and that you are not based in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk ("DNR"), and Luhansk ("LNR") regions of the Ukraine or any other territory that is subject to a government embargo or comprehensive sanctions (Russia), or are not otherwise prohibited from using the Platform under the laws and regulations of the United States, or any other applicable jurisdiction

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the confidentiality of your login credentials. QuickSus is not liable for any unauthorized account access.

3. Use of Service

You may only use QuickSus for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content of the surveys you create and the responses you collect.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use QuickSus to collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health, political beliefs) without explicit consent
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the platform

5. Service Availability

QuickSus aims to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuickSus is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

QuickSus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
